Saudi Arabia is set to host the largest stand-up comedy festival in the world—the Riyadh Comedy Festival—running from 26 September to 9 October 2025 at Boulevard City in Riyadh.

This landmark festival, announced by Turki Al Sheikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), features over 50 international comedy superstars, including legendary acts like Kevin Hart, Russell Peters, Sebastian Maniscalco, and Jo Koy.

Tickets for the first 26 headline acts went on sale on 1 August via the WeBook app. The festival spans multiple venues—including the Mohammad Al-Ali Theatre, Bakr Al-Sheddi Theatre, SEF Arena, and ANB Arena—underlining its scale and ambition.

This initiative is part of Riyadh Season 2025 and aligns with Saudi Vision 2030’s goal of positioning the kingdom as a major global entertainment destination. The festival will also include comedy workshops, talk shows, and family-friendly programming
